Monday, May 5, , For those who are going to participate in word gift (prophecy) ministry at the Pentecost Vigil Celebration. There will be a word gift ministry meeting Wednesday, May 5th 7:30 - 9:30 PM at the Espousal Retreat Center, 554 Lexington Street, Waltham in the Seminar East room to prepare for the Vigil. If you have any questions please call Jerri Lou Buffo (978) 692-6869. If your community has this ministry and you haven’t identified the person yet please recruit someone and notify Jerri Lou (978) 692-6869 and George Willet willett@beld.net who is coordinating this event.
Saturday, May 22, 6:30 pm, St Mary’s, Waltham, Bring a brown bag lunch. Coffee and drinks provided. Celebrate the birthday of the Church and the Charismatic Renewal’s openness to the Holy Spirit. Vision for 2010
Our vision from 2009 continues in 2010. CRS Boston prayer groups are united and led by the Holy Spirit to build and defend the Church. The following is a link to a slide show detailing our vision and mission for the coming year. All prayer groups are urged to pray and discern partricular steps and approaches they will persue in 2009 to advance our vision and mission.

Cardinal Sean O’Mally, OFM Cap has approved the constitution for Charismatic Renewal Services of the Archdiocis of Boston and appointed Vincent Cerasuolo as Director. The Cardinal recognized that the unity of worship among many Catholic faith communities in area Charismatic Prayer Groups reflects the mission of the church. Click here to read the Cardinal’s Letter.
