On December 28 members of
many Boston area prayer groups gathered in the Waltham Espousal Center chapel
to celebrate the birth of Jesus.

Praise and Christmas
carols were led by the St. Stevens prayer group music ministry from Framingham
and by the Maranatha prayer group music ministry from Everett.

George Willett MCÕed the
evening and led prayer over CRS Boston Director Vin Cerasuolo who shared about
the diverse ways people respond to God and the birth of Jesus.

Father Donatus Ezenneka
shared how the Holy Spirit moved him from a potential professional soccer
career to life serving God and how the Boston Nigerian prayer community
welcomed him.

An artistic impression of MaryÕs
journey to Bethlehem was presented by mime, Laurie Ansiono and her daughter to
the song Breath of Heaven.

Gerri Buffo, pictured, and
Corrine McKee shared word gifts received during the evening. Click here to read these.

Tony Waddimba encouraged
us all to give our widdowÕs mite in support of the important work of opening
people in the Boston area to the work of the Holy Spirit.

The evening concluded with
prayer teams in the chapel and and refreshments and fellowship in the dining
room. It was a wonderful evening of doing one thing Charismatic Catholics
embrace well: celebrating our faith.
